Owner/Designer

Kristi French started her background in nursing, but has had a passion for design since kindergarten. She was constantly changing up rooms and trying to assist family with design ideas from a young age. She graduated from the Chico State Nursing program in 2009 and worked as an RN in the bay area until moving back to Chico in 2016 (after purchasing a home in desperate need of repair). She previously renovated her home in Pleasant Hill. 

During her homes renovation, friends and family were impressed by Kristi's ability as a designer and her completed product. Friends asked for design assistance with their custom build and taking a leap of faith she dove right in. From there she started booking design projects on the side. Kristi soon realized that she had an opportunity to fulfill her lifelong passion for design. White Oak Interiors was created and the business continues to grow.
